The meal plan has been designed to meet all their dietary needs as well as the preferences of the campers. It includes five meals per day and is tailored to the activities the children participate in, whether they are inside or outside the camp.

Mealschedule:

  • Breakfast (08:00–09:00): Fresh milk, tea, bread, butter, jam, honey, tahini, cereals, oatmeal, and Trahanas (traditional Greek recipe).
  • Mid-morning snack (11:00): Handmade pies, homemade cakes, fruit juice, Thessaloniki bagel, and egg.
  • Lunch (13:30–14:30):

During overnight stays outside the camp, campers prepare barbecues with traditional sausages, omelets, and other side dishes.

Vegetarian Menu is available, provided that the camp is informed by the parents at the time of registration.
